Friends of Trinity Club 200

Welcome to the Friends of Trinity "Club 200", a great opportunity to support the fundraising efforts of the FoT and have a chance of winning a cash prize each month.

What is FoT Club 200?

The Club 200 is a monthly draw open to staff, families and friends of Trinity Primary School. It costs £10 per year to join. This entitles you to one draw number, which will be entered into 10 monthly draws starting in October. 50% of the subscriptions will be ascribed to the prize fund and 50% directly benefits your children. There are currently 3 prizes each month;

1st prize – £50 (50% of the prize fund)

2nd prize – £35 (35% of the prize fund)

3rd prize – £15 (15% of the prize fund)

How to Take Part

Application forms can be obtained from the School Office, copied from the website below or you can email the details to treasurer@friendsoftrinity.co.uk. Completed forms should be returned to the school office along with payment (cash or cheque made payable to Friends of Trinity).
 

1. Subscription is on an annual basis entitling the member one number which will be entered into 10 draws throughout the year.
2. Draws will take place on a monthly basis between October and July.
3. Subscriptions are currently £10 per annum.
4. An individual can have as many numbers/entries as they wish.
5. On receipt of monies a dedicated number (s) will be allocated to that individual which will be valid until July 2009.
6. 50% of subscriptions will be ascribed to the prize fund and 50% goes directly to benefit all the children at Trinity Primary School.
7. The prize fund and thus the monetary value of the afore mention prizes will be determined by the level of participation of the entrants i.e., how many subscriptions are active.
8. The monthly prize draw for 50% is divided into 3 prizes:

• 1st prize – 50% of the prize fund
• 2nd prize – 35% of the prize fund
• 3rd prize – 15% of the prize fund

9. Draws will take place at the FoT meeting which is held monthly on the first Thursday of the month. If this is not possible then the draw will take place in an open School Assemblies at a FoT function/event or at another suitable public events.
10. The highest prize will be drawn first, followed by the next highest and so on until all prizes have been drawn. 
11. Once a prize has been won, the winning number is not eligible for further prizes in that month's draw.
12. Winners will be notified directly and will be listed on the website.
13. Subscriptions are not normally refundable. However, should the FoT Club 200 be disbanded subscriptions will be returned to members based on the number of draws that the member has paid for, but not been entered into, for that year. The refund will equal the annual subscription paid, minus one twelfth of the annual subscription for each draw that has taken place in that year.
